It’s Official!Shoji Screens Australia is the first non-Japanese Shoji makers to exhibit at the 43rd annual Shoji Tategu in Japan, 2009. Shoji Tategu is an annual shoji exhibition, competition and convention held by one city every year in Japan.

Shoji (pronounced Show-Jee) are a light screen consisting of a wooden framework with a durable translucent acrylic insert or made traditionally with white “washi” paper.
